You will be part of a fast-paced diverse environment as a member of a high-performing team that works together to energize and inspire each other by challenging the status quo. - Vibrant inclusive culture of mutual respect and fun through both work and play Roles and Responsibilities: - Consulting with investment bankers and/or banking business teams to collate design requirements - Understanding of banking products data sets and ability to connect them to investment banking solutions - Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows. - Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications. - Work closely with data engineering team to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Assist in the design, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives and technology solutions. - Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables. - Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Qualifications: - BE with relevant experience or MBA in Finance, Economics, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking as a Business Analyst. - Solid understanding of investment banking products, services, and processes. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
