About the role : 

The role will be responsible for planning and executing sales, marketing and business development programs that will meet pre-determined targets and increase our market share and revenues.

Key Job Responsibilities : 

- Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives.

- Monitor competitors- products, including relevant sales and marketing data.

- Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals.

- Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals.

- Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contract.

Other Vital Accountabilities : 

- Manage teams with focus on excelling business targets & sales metrics.

- Responsible for handing existing customers in import & export market

- Focusing more on special grade/value products for achieving the average price.

- Developing new business across the globe for Microcrystalline Cellulose Powder and other products.

- Responsible for appointing new distributors or end customers.

- Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth

- Allocate resources to various centers and regions; all aimed at achieving results

- Responsible for training and mentoring staff; motivating them all for effective performance for the growth of the company

Job Specification:

Qualification - B. Tech / MSc / M. Pharm/B. Pharm

Experience - 15 -25 Years

In pharma/excipients industries with at least 5 years as Sales Head /leadership role.
