- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Leader to join our team and spearhead new business growth in the BFSI Enterprise segment.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Telecom/ISP industry, particularly in Connectivity or Network services,. Cloud solutions, Hosting services, Managed (Enterprise IP) Voice, Security solutions, Managed. infrastructure services, and System Integration services.
- Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for new products and services, fostering relationships with key decision-makers, and surpassing sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for Private BFSI sector services and solutions, focusing on Datacenter, Network, TIS, and Digital areas. Ensure alignment with market trends and company investments.
- Identify, build, and manage BFSI accounts.
- Set clear sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with GTMs (Cloud and Managed Services, Technology Integrated Services,.
- Digital Services, and Network Services) and country sales for delivering higher quantitative and qualitative value.
- Develop and manage AOP, financial forecasting, and execution strategies to achieve financial goals and profitability targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Build strategic relationships with market influencers, consultants, and relevant agencies.
- Lead contract and agreement negotiations to ensure alignment with company objectives, profitability, and compliance.
Qualifications:.
- Engineering Graduate or Graduate with MBA, preferably with a specialization in marketing from a reputed institute/university.
- 15-18 years of experience in selling Network and IT Solutions, including Cloud solutions, Data Center Hosting services, Managed (Enterprise IP) Voice, Security solutions, Managed infrastructure services, System integration services, and Applications.
- Direct sales (IT Solutions/Services) experience in Pvt BFSI is a must.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills.
- Excellent teaming, liasoning, relationship management, negotiation, and business knowledge.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
