I am reaching you for the position of Head - Compensation & Benefit (With Exposure of Talent Management)
Location - Bhiwadi (Approx 2 hours from Gurugram)
Role Purpose Statement:
This position would be responsible for -
- Designing, executing and monitoring the talent & performance management initiatives in order to drive individual development and capability building in line with the Company's vision.
- Designing, executing various strategies, policies & practices pertaining to Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Manpower Budget.
Main Accountabilities
- Function as Talent Management
- Lead and support the talent review process, including performance/potential calibration sessions, coaching conversations and ongoing talent review roll-up reporting and trend monitoring;
- Monitor the movement of talent across the organization, identifying pipeline gaps and providing Company-wide/functional views on themes and trends to provide insight into talent development & learning strategy;
- Develop talent management metrics in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HRBP team;
- Design the implementation of targeted high potential and leadership development initiatives;
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for talent pipeline and succession planning;
- Function as C&B Function Leader
- To have Compensation & Benefits benchmark & trends which are accurate, detailed & relevant to company needs and ensuring its usage.
- To plan and execute Performance Management (Goal Setting & annual appraisals) process.
- Assessing annual manpower requirements viz-a-viz business forecast and planning requirement for manpower in a fiscal year. To formulate and monitor Manpower budget
- To ensure stakeholder buying on annual increments & variable pay distribution which are aligned to company performance and market trends
- To maintain competitive salaries and benefits provided to employees and ensure Pay for Performance model is rightly implemented in annual salary increase
- Overseeing payroll & compliance related matters
- To monitor salary structures and benefits programs including review & analyze, internal promotion, external hires, retention incentives etc. to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and performance linkages.
- Prepare and control overall annual Compensation and Benefits budgets.
- Support on bonus plan design/review and other regional/country incentive plan initiatives
- Maintain employee information and timely complete corporate/regional/country reports.
- Coordinate to implement Global Employee Engagement Survey in local region. Assist to design and implement action plan.
- Coordination internal communication between management team and staff. Lead town hall meeting and communication meeting between MD and sub-department.
- Coordination internal organizational restructure project to align company strategy and business target.
Qualification:
- Education- MBA in Human Resources
- Experience- Total 12-15 years (out of which 5 years as HRBP role). Dedicated experience in Compensation and Benefit function is MUST to have.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to conceive new approaches and streamline processes.
- Strong customer service orientation; proven ability to build relationships and create positive customer interactions.
- Strong project management skills. Must have ability to initiate project plans and balance multiple changing deadlines and priorities.
- Flexibility in a changing, fast-paced environment with multiple work demands.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Sound knowledge of all HR aspects, especially expertise in various new trends in C&B and PMS function
- People management skill and experiences
- Structured approach and organizing skill
- Result orientation
