Founded by Abhijit Avasthi in 2015, Sideways is a one of its kind creative problem solving company. It is a curious mix of a Consulting firm, a Design house, an Advertising agency, a Technology solutions co. and a Product Design studio. There is nothing else like Sideways in India. Sideways' offerings go across a wide array. About You:

You are a young, bright, curious and courageous mind excited to work with a rapidly growing organization.

You are capable of independently leading client engagements. You are comfortable in taking up new and interesting challenges, embracing the business complexity, distilling the problem down through first principles, exhibiting lateral thinking and strategizing creative solves.

You have 3+ years of experience (preferably in marketing / brand strategy / product management / digital marketing or have a keen interest in what we do).

You are actively looking forward to:

- Use your skills to across a wide range of industry / sectors and problem statements

- Get really hands-on with the task at hand

- Put good use to your articulation and presentation skills and build strong narratives

- Meet varied personas by travelling for fieldwork per project requirements
