Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:.
- Deal Closure: Drive successful deal closures by leveraging strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the sales process, ensuring that all deals align with client objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor to understand client objectives and address needs.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with both internal and client-side teams to ensure seamless project execution, managing expectations and aligning efforts toward client satisfaction.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop tailored sales strategies to address client pain points, working closely with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging client needs to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and progress towards targets to leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, with a demonstrated record of successful deal closures.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Sales is must with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Experience in coordinating with both internal teams and client-side stakeholders to deliver client-focused solutions.
