We are a young technology startup with disruptive ideas that have the power to revolutionize entire domains altogether. We focus on building and marketing SaaS product platforms and then work on scaling them globally. We are building our team and looking for multiple levels & multiple roles. You'll be part of a fantastic young and passionate team. You get to be in the center of all the action to build the products from scratch.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Create a standardized outreach for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, client management, and marketing and communications.

2. Develop growth strategies with the executive team and board of directors. Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics.

3. Prospect and close relationships with key target clients. Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.

4. Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting. Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success.

5. Fill management gaps by building and training individuals and teams in Sales and Account Management.

6. Develop and implement robust sales management processes - pipeline, account planning, and proposals.

7. Oversee all Channel/Partner Development - adding new sales channels and 3rd party resellers and partners.

8. Drive a "lean startup" style environment of constant experimentation and learning. Leverage customer research (quantity and quality) to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning.

Required Candidate profile : 

1. Candidate must have a background in courier/carrier companies and or have been a part of large scale e-commerce market places / Ancillaries and expert at revenue generation, revenue retention, marketing, sales & customer acquisition

2. To qualify Candidate must be a full-time MBA, with 5+ years of strong experience in the same domain. Excellent work experience with a mid to large size organization or preferably in the growth stage of a startup.
