Roles & Responsibilities :

- Standardize and implement policies, procedures and formats for general accounting

- Ensure adherence to policies and formats by completing monthly closing of accounts and generating MIS reports

- Preparing and updating the bank reconciliation statement and other BS & P/L schedules

- Assist in end to end finalization of accounts

- Ensure timely completion of :

a) Ensuring timely and accurate completion of withholding, payroll and secretarial compliance through service providers

b) Statutory and tax audits and various actions on issues raised in audits

We are looking for candidates:

- Who are enthusiastic about working in the Startup space

- Who like autonomy and the freedom to explore and experiment, but remain focused on establishing strong processes

- Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5-7 years post qualification experience in assurance/ audit or in finance function of e- commerce set up.

- Good Analytical skills

- Experience with any of the Big 4 firms is a plus
