Manager - ERT (Emergency Response Team) - Gurgaon and Bangalore

Key Deliverables

- Safe and secure operation of Shuttl covering all stakeholders (customer, driver, helper, operator, owner, bus, employees, contractual work force, office assets, data etc.)

- Developing comprehensive Risk Assessment, Emergency Response and Mitigation Plans and instituting related SOPs

- Developing connect with Govt/administration (civic police, traffic police, STAs, RTOs, DMs, Commissioners etc.)

- Handling emergency situations, disputes, union issues or any disruption any time, through legitimate measures

- Identifying and evaluating opportunities to engage with Govt/Influencers/Media/Academia/NGOs etc

- Skilled in building relationships and an effective communicator

Work Experience Requirements -

- 5-7 yrs of Govt. liaisoning experience in transportation, logistics, admin, freight forwarding or such industry

- 3-5 yrs of experience in ground operations in such industry

- Suggested orgs - Uber, Meeru, Delhivery, Blue Dart, SafeXpress, DHL etc.

Educational Qualifications - Graduate/Post-Graduate
