WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-4 years of operations management experience
- 1-3 years of team management experience
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- BE / Graduation Required, Other Certificates/Degrees with be a Plus.

- Manage Clients - Daily Operations via system, Daily Reporting, Compliance Tracking, Resolve Clients / Vendors queries on as-is basis
- Strong analytical and problem solving Skills
- Ability to multitask.
- SLA's reporting to management and clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients.
- Ensuring proper documentation and timely follow up with internal teams and clients for issue resolution.
- Any other work assigned from time to time
- Willingness to work at different locations - both at client site and in office
