Responsibilities :

- Regional Sales Leader should be ambitious and experienced in B2B Institutional Sales. In this role, he will be building and leading a team of Sales Professionals along with discovering and optimizing the Sales process by leveraging Technology.

- He will be working directly with the CEO and would have tremendous growth opportunity which would be performance driven.

- He would also be responsible for Customer Success and will have to work closely with the Product team to ensure that the end-to-end customer journey is smooth and streamlined.

Qualifications :
 
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales

2. Should be experienced in managing a sales team, set sales targets and provided coaching and leadership to team members

3. Healthcare Software Sales experience is preferred

4. Should be Technology savvy and curious by nature

5. Excellent and effective English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to Sr. Leaders, facilitate workings Sessions and meetings with Executives and lead Win-Win negotiation discussions with Sr. Leaders

6. Ability and willingness to travel extensively ( National and International )

7. International Sales Experience is a plus
