- India is unique where 40 million homes will have to be built and sold to people within the next 10 years. Such numbers in such a short span of time have never been done in the history of mankind in any country.
- Our company's goal is to sell homes to people who cannot dream of owning a home today. And we need to do this in very large numbers.
- One of the main criteria to evaluate whether we have done a good job of marketing and sales is whether the home buyers are living in the home after buying. We want to actively steer clear from dormant investors.
- We have delivered 400 homes across two locations and are currently in the process of delivering another 4500 homes across six locations.
- We are looking for someone who has a vision and the execution capability to market these homes appropriately. Conventional real estate selling will not work. Blindly copying conventional FMCG marketing will not help either. It is a unique problem and therefore we are looking for an exceptional person to handle it.
Pre-requisites :
- Experience in developing high-level selling and branding strategy in line with the strategic vision of the organization.
- Understanding of traditional and innovative selling strategies and a proven track record of driving and increasing sales and revenue.
- Understanding the importance of aligning the organization internally around the brand and marketing objectives.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning - Build sales strategy and Sales plan for the assigned projects and geographies and achieve targets
- Forecasting periodic sales targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & profitability
- Ensure Learning & Development of the team through new learning, mentoring and Driving from Front
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to achieve market share metrics
- Branding - Drive brand and name recognition through focused, differentiated reach and positioning strategy.
