Position/ Title: Manager Research

Location: Gurgaon

Qualifications: MBA from good B school (CAT or equivalent test 90+ percentile)

Experience: More than 3 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Need to manage a team of research executive and analyst

- Conduct primary and secondary research

- Ensure timely data collection, compilation, storage and presentation in useful manner

- Ensure data security and dissemination

- Leverage outside resources for faster and cost efficient research

- Sample research assignments: Competitors mapping, Consumer Research, Industrial survey, FGD, Economic indicators mapping, Financial evaluation of land parcels, Locating potential towns and policies study.

Any Preference or Specific Trait:

- Street smart, High IQ, High urgency, Willingness to learn

- Understanding of research methodologies

- Should understand basic finance, Business oriented mindset

- Leadership traits/ Innovative thinker/ Organized/Tech savvy

Compensation: 6-10 lakhs
