The role is to be technological partner for company's mission. Incumbent should be responsible for the overall technological direction of an organization & planning for risk and growth.

Responsibilities

- Drive technological innovation in the organization from the conceptual to stabilization stage.

- Enable technology and automation in all possible processes to drive best efficiencies

- Act as strategic link between process and technology

- Establish the highest level of GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) controls in the organization, network and communication

- Improve communication and collaboration within various processes and departments

- Design, build and inculcate security framework with respect to network, processes and communication within organization.

- Maintenance, development and control the technological framework for operational efficiencies

- Drive processes related to IT application, IT Infrastructure and IT support framework

Desired candidate should be

- Having good level of managerial, leadership, communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Self-motivated, detail oriented, analytical, evaluative, service oriented, problem-solver

- Age - 26 - 32 yrs
