Role & Responsibilities:
- Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area
- Make customer relationship, planning & forecasting customer requirements with the help of edited & recorded customer profiles
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Implementing sales promotional activities as part of brand building and market development initiatives.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- To be responsible for providing overall direction to the sales functions at geographical level with regard to planning and development of the markets for products, projects and services & the competition to strategies the actions to achieve set sales on a continuous basis.
- Manage the Market Excellence/Intelligence process
- Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns.
- On-the job training- Getting marketing plans executed by marketing team on site as per time lines
