Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Define target customer segments and develop targeted sales approaches.

- Create and refine sales processes, methodologies, and tools.

- Identify and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales effectiveness.

- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with sales leadership and other teams to ensure alignment and execution.

- Develop sales forecasts and budgets.

- Identify and evaluate new sales channels and partnerships.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging sales technologies.

- Contribute to the development of sales training programs.

- Present sales strategies and performance updates to management.

- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

- Develop and manage sales enablement resources.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in sales1 strategy, sales operations, or a related role.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).
