About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Branch Head to lead and manage the operations of a high-performing branch.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

- This role requires a dynamic and proactive leader with strong leadership, managerial, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Drive branch revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and community members.

- Oversee customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

Branch Management:

- Manage all aspects of branch operations, including staff recruitment, training, and development.

- Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure profitability.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and customers.

- Oversee daily branch operations, including customer service, cash handling, and account management.

Customer Service:

- Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership:

- Motivate and inspire the branch team to achieve high performance.

- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks within the branch.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant anti-money laundering and fraud prevention regulations.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.

- Proven track record of success in branch management and business development.

- Strong leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).

- Strong understanding of financial products and services.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
