Shree IT Solutions - Lead - Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

- Provides technical support across the organization, from strategic design to implementation and implementing backup solutions that support core organizational functions and ensure their high availability

- Deliver engineering specifications, assist with functional specifications, and collaborate on technical design and specifications for projects and initiatives

- Analyze, design, test, document, and implement solutions for continuous data availability, integrity, backup and protection; provide technical services for customers in a highly complex backup environment and demonstrate ability to assess technical impact to the project/new technology along with technical risks

- Resolve complex problems with little or no guidance; independently research and promote specialized technical solutions; This will be a technical team lead role

- Analyze complex hardware and software issues associated with backup-related technologies, including Rubrik, NetBackup, Cohesity, DataDomain and Enterprise Vault

- Design and implement new data protection solutions, manage change, and add backup policies in a large-scale, mission-critical, multi-PB storage environment

Qualifications:

- Minimum eight years of progressive IT experience with five years of recent backup engineering experience

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

- Demonstrated knowledge of Symantec NetBackup, Rubrik, DataDomain, and similar backup technologies, knowledge of storage solutions from EMC, NetApp, Pure and similar technologies

- Experience with Enterprise data protection and disaster recovery solution and understand Enterprise application data management requirements

- Strong organizational skills are necessary; experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data required an in-depth evaluation of variable factors; demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in environments dealing with ambiguity; Excellent planning, interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership skills are required; excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation are necessary; active listening skills are required
