Sales & Marketing approach


- Designing and crafting national and international sales plans

- Target management, team management is responsible for entire SBG sales team.

- Someone who is responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales people in an organization.

- They set sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyse data, assign sales training and sales territories, mentor the members of his/her sales team and are involved in the hiring and firing process.

- He should be diplomatic enough to motivate the team as well as control the off-productive resources.

- Need someone who is a team player with a fire to close open-ended deals.

- Would be responsible for all reports generated by sales team on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

- Responsible for all client deals from booking till agreement level. Support CRM level queries till registration level whenever necessary.

- Track the Client Meetings that are being handled by your team on a regular basis

- Maintain a list of Hot and Warm Opportunities and ensure your interaction/contribution in those opportunities

- Meet the big ticket (3cr and above) clients personally and get them to visit sites and closures.

- Strive to build a healthy pipeline from the leads across your region so as to ensure sustained business

- Lead the team of Sales Managers reporting into you from across territories in the region assigned Ensure daily cold-calls (or one-on-one interactions) with the Sales Managers to keep a check on their daily Sales routines

- Conduct weekly reviews with your team to figure out

- Hot and Warm opportunities

- Strong and Weak Areas of the Sales Managers

- Intra-team product knowledge transfer

- Exchange of best practices within the team

- Monitoring Planning, organizing, controlling the overall activity of our Real Estate Business.

- Handling all types of challenging issues relating to sales marketing & after sales services.

- Handling all types of Cases relating to financial procedure from various Banks, financial institutions.

- It is your concern that all the receipt from all the parties/clients.

- Meeting with the clients / customers / agents to close the sales.

- You are responsible to control entire workforce such as seniors, managers, Executives, as well as junior staff for effective performance from all the employees in the group.

- You will have to make sure that all work given to you is in proper manner to do this you have to report theoretically to CEO/ CMD sir.

- Preparing daily/weekly report for the effectiveness of working process in the group to be presented before CMD.

- You are head of Marketing Department, Finance Department, Recovery Department, CRM.

1. Ensures that internal policies and procedures are administered honestly, consistently, and with sound judgment.

2. You have to take Special responsibility during promotional, launching, Events, Expo, real estate participation activities of company.

3. Takes ownership of the training taking a leadership role from conception to completion.

4. Builds a high-performing training team through recruiting, hiring, coaching, motivation, recognition, self-development and support of career development for the beneficial of all employees with respect HR department.

5. It is your responsibility to take periodic meeting for The development of Skill, Motivation to staff, promotional training, as per the requirement for the beneficiary to Company

6. For the regular sales you should look after the Advertising activity for promoting company via various media like:

- Print Media

- Electronic Media

- Social Media

- News Agency

- Advertising Agency (Tie-UP)

- Promotional Group Survey

- Radio Jockey

- Video Promotions ETC.

7. Forecasting for all the projects by analysing historical data.

8. Trend analysis for all the projects so that effective result we can expect.

9. Review current business strategies & trying to upgrade time to time for effective work planning.

10. Requirement of skilled staff relating to various job profiles under you monitoring, with lining up with HRD.

11. You can punish any juniors as if required for betterment of the work for true judgment.
