Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for Sales & Marketing function of the organization;
- Strategize and plan the sales & marketing process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new project development and branding;
- Plan and administer the company's marketing budget and keep cost in control; out-reach, website maintenance, social media and trade show exhibitions; Conduct effective and accurate market research, competitor analysis and apply this information to increase market share;
- Sale management and push sales team forward to the company goal;
- Train the sales team for prospective client meetings, presentations etc;
- Coordinate with the external agencies, agents, brokers, outdoor and print media;
- Ensure payment collection and regular follow-up on outstanding reminder dues from customers;
- Conduct regular meeting with the sales team to discuss target status, project information and sales strategy;
- Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information;
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in Real estate or Willing to grow in Real estate,
- Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level.
PRIMARY KRA:
- Monitor Day to Day Sales Activities.
- Achieve Monthly Sales Achievements
- Finalize Sales (Deal Closures)
- Review Sales Team
- Train Sales Team On The Job
- Motivate Sales Team To Achieve Results.
- Visit Sites on a Regular Basis of Updates.
- Ensure Day to Day M.I.S. (CRM) Is Updated.
- Sign Off All Sales Documents- Including EMR / Transfers/ Brokerage/ Refunds / Cancellations.
- Approve Customer Changes & Forward To CRM. Coordinate With Engg / Planning Dept.
- Assist Sales Team To Achieve Results.
- Attend Exhibitions
- Allocate, Forward And Follow Up Enquiries By Mails, Fax, and Call Centre Etc.
- Check All ADS For Copy & Content Before Release.
- Advance by monthly Sales & Collections strategy.
- Outbound sales strategy.
