Position - Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Shrachi Group)

Location : Kolkata

Exp : 6 - 10 years

Qualification : CA required

- Framing Corporate Strategy, Business Planning & Coordination, Financial Analysis and Business Performance Monitoring

- Developing Long Range Business Plan & Strategy; Financial Analysis (Ratio, Variance etc.) to meet Short Term Business Objective

- Profitability & Business Performance Monitoring; Designing Incentive Schemes; Value Proposition for Profitable Business Growth

- Competition Benchmarking; Market Research & Forecasting; Ideating & Executing Business Innovation Projects through Theory of Constraints (TOC).

- Liaising with Internal & External Stakeholders and Business Functions; Assisting MD in Periodic Business Review Meetings

- Executive Summaries, Reports & Board Presentations, Business & Market Development and Financial Due-diligence

- Preparing Executive Summaries, Management Reports / Notes & Board Presentations; Building Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

- Credit Analysis & Control; Cash Flow/Working Capital Management; Land Rent Analysis for strategic decision on lease vs. own

- Executing Market Survey & Financial Due-diligence (NPV, IRR, Payback etc.) for selecting new Market & launching new Product

- Evaluating & Driving various Acquisition opportunities from Strategic & Financial Perspectives; Business Process Transformation

- Business Analysis, Performance Tracking, Report Writing, Strategy Formulation & Driving

- Cost Excellence Programs

- Supported business operations and assisted in long term strategy making by performing complex research & data mining, forecasting & building complex data models using various analytics tools like R, SPSS, Minitab & Excel

- Contributed in various reports by doing extensive data mining; Internal & External Benchmarking; prepared executive summaries & reports for the management in visually compelling presentations using Tableau, PowerPoint & Prezi

- Maintained knowledge on emerging industry trends; assessed business risks and drove Cost Excellence Programs
