Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Initiatives:

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.

- Advise senior management on HR-related matters.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

- Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent within the Retail/QSR/Hospitality/Cinema industry.

- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

- Manage employee concerns and grievances effectively.

- Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement and retention.

Performance Management & Development:

- Implement performance management systems to set clear goals, provide feedback, and evaluate employee performance.

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Support employee development and career growth opportunities.

HR Compliance & Administration:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

- Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to all employees.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in the HR department specifically within the Retail/QSR/Hospitality/Cinema industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

- Proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.

- Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
