Manager - B2B Sales
Responsibilities:
Account Management & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and secure new corporate accounts within the amusement/entertainment industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and driving repeat business.
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Utilize various strategies to generate qualified leads and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed targets.
Sales Operations & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the amusement/entertainment industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Oversee sales operations and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer relationships effectively and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrably successful track record in the amusement/entertainment industry a plus.
- Proven experience in account management, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
