- The Shopping Category Lead will be responsible for building this segment for the Bank to significantly grow shopping enabled FeeIncome for the Bank. This position will lead the Bank's platform and marketing initiatives and liaison with internet, Mobile banking and website teams to deliver on the shopping use case.
- The candidate will be expected to develop overall e-commerce ecosystem via shopping partners and also build a comprehensive strategy including right resources, spending, and right programming/tactics to grow Shopping as a category
- Drive and Report monthly targets via Shopping Mall category
- Develop annual promotional and marketing plans & product road-map for key Shopping Categories viz travel, egifting, music etc
- Manage and execute partner specific marketing plans (e.g Hungama music, musafir.com, Euronet etc)
- Partner with retailers to leverage bigger programs/campaigns to drive purchases across e-commerce sites
- Ensure Shopping category shows-up as best in class on website, IB & MB sites with latest promotional images, discounts,
- compelling copy, and brand-specific pages are updated across all platforms
- Work with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure the right shopping experince is delivered for key categories on the bank's platform Responsible for pricing and demand generation. This includes working with other members on the category management team to come up with innovative promotions and site features to improve customer experience.
- Explore and build long-term stragetgic partnerships and develop cross-promotional campaigns to grow the category.
