Job Description :
Key Performance Indicators :
1) Drive market Shares & SOVs across different channels
2) Category PnL & spends efficiency
3) Data Analytics & Insights
Key Responsibilities :
4) Drive profitable sales for the brand across channels - own website and market places
5) Plan and execute effective budget spends & money deployment. Decide the right opportunity and money deployment
6) Collaborate with KAM and Category teams to devise sound strategy across pricing, promotion, assortment & visibility.
Experience & Qualification:
Preferred:
1. Pref MBA graduate with good academic record
2. Previous experience of having handled teams
Mandatory:
1. At least 3 years of post-MBA work experience in the marketing function. Category Management in FMCG would be a plus
