Role : Senior Manager - Shopper Marketing(Ecommerce Function)Reporting to : GM - ECommerceKey Responsibility:Drive Franchise acquisition and improvement of sell out of the company's offers from multiple platforms. Understand and document best Shopper Practices by format and craft plans in line with account nuances to acquire more customers and thereby drive sales by platform.
KPIs: 1. Drive insights from multiple data points and dashboards; work with KAM teams and account teams to improve ability to target communication across platforms
2. Study key categories and understand co-relation of conversion, visibility, promotion & out of stock to overall sales and input into CDM plans for the platforms accordingly
3. Provide specific feedback on detailed product views to help improve and thereby impact conversion
4. Benchmark industry wide best practices in Shopper Marketing
5. Help Digital Marketing Teams build merchandising strategy and plans in collaboration with key retailers to drive awareness of our brands, improve portfolio visibility and facilitate efficient spends.
6. Drive search best practices and ensure ongoing keyword strategy development and optimization.
7. Work with the brand teams across businesses to ensure best practices are implemented to drive our digital campaigns in collaboration with the digital team
8. Serve as the internal expert on search, traffic & merchandising to develop reach, penetration, and conversion
