About our Client - Our client is a major FMCG company having a diverse and varied portfolio. They are a globally recognized and reputed brand which is having a very strong sales and distribution network in India. They are having the major food brands in the country and are market leaders in most of the categories that they operate.
Job Description - Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for:
- Building the Shopper marketing team
- Defining the shopper marketing strategy for the various brands of the company
- Working closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure the effective roll out of the campaigns
- Analyzing the consumer insights data and ensuring the campaigns are targeted towards the right audience
The Successful Candidate - You should be 2006-2008 batch only from a Premier B school with at least 4 years of experience in brand management with a major FMCG organization. You should have excellent communication skills and have experience in working with multi cultural teams.
