Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Central Profitability Team. This role is crucial in spearheading the development and enhancement of decision-making systems that boost our sellers' profitability, helping us maintain a competitive edge, and eventually develop a robust recommendation system that truly becomes IP (Intellectual Property) for the company

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of our current Profitability decision-making processes and identify opportunities for enhancement to drive seller profitability and Revenue Across our 500+ Partners

- Develop robust decision-making frameworks for both Top of the Funnel (Marketing Strategies and levers on Meta) and bottom of the funnel (Analyzing in-depth user behavior, maximize the impact of current website levers and ideate new levers)

- Work closely with operational teams to apply frameworks seamlessly across all sellers and incorporate ground-level insights from sellers into strategic plans

- Work with Product Team to ideate and develop new website levers and over time work on productizing offline decision making framework into a smart recommendations system

- Explore and develop new growth channels like Google, WhatsApp, and Influencers

- Conceptualize and Drive strategic decision-making processes focused on repeat customers, organic growth, and scalable brand strategies

Qualifications:

- Tier 1 College - IITs/BITS


- Ideally 2-6 Years Experienced

- Proven experience in leadership roles in D2C Brands, marketing, or a related field

- Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving profitability and efficiency

- Experience with digital marketing- Meta, Google, Website Funnels Optimization is a plus

- Innovative thinker with a passion for exploring new growth opportunities and technological solutions
