- Join our small but dynamic product team responsible for managing a diverse and extensive e-commerce product stack, which includes various critical components such as the seller's website, seller's dashboard, seller app, shipping stack, customer communication stack, marketing stack, pricing stack, and customer-facing app.


- As an Associate Product Manager, you'll have a unique opportunity to gain in-depth experience across the e-commerce spectrum and work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.


Responsibilities:


- Guide products through the entire product lifecycle, from problem identification and concept development to defining detailed product requirements, engineering, quality assurance, marketing, and performance evaluation.


- Drive the execution of multiple projects within an Agile environment, ensuring product requirements are met, and products are delivered on time and with high quality.


- Develop a strong technical aptitude to build and enhance technical platforms and products.

Contribute to engineering discussions and priorities, collaborating closely in a dynamic and scrappy startup environment.


- Advocate for metric and data-based decision-making, using analytics to make informed choices that enhance product performance.


- Uphold and promote the company's mission, values, and ethical standards, ensuring all products align with these principles.


- Conduct customer research, gather feedback, analyze user behavior, and perform competitive analysis to identify new product requirements and improvements.


- Efficiently manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in a well-structured manner, ensuring a systematic approach to project success.

Requirements:


- 1-2 years experience in product management, business consulting, analytics, or related fields.


- Understanding of the e-commerce industry, SaaS Products, and consumer mindset.


- Familiarity with SQL and product management concepts, methodologies, and processes.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


- Sound business judgment as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.


- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
