We are looking for you to join us as an Assistant Manager (AM) Growth! In this role, you will own and drive D2C sales for 50+ first-time online brands from scratch, while leading a team of 5-6. What We're Looking For:

As an AM Growth, you will:

- Own and drive D2C sales for 50+ first-time online brands.

- Manage a team of 5, ensuring smooth operations and achieving targets.

- Collaborate directly with the founding members of the company.

- Gain valuable experience that can one day help you pursue a profitable D2C business.

Requirements:

- Hunger for learning and growth. If you have this, you've already met our primary requirement!

- Team management skills: Willing and able to handle a team of 5-6 members.

- Experience: At least 1 year strong team handling experience.

- Skills: Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

- Motivation: Ability to brainstorm and drive actions with discipline.

- Result-oriented: Focused on achieving and exceeding goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 1-5 years in an MNC or start-up environment.

- Education: Graduate from Tier-1 (IIT, BITS, NITs) or Tier-2 MBA college, or any premium institution.

- Leadership: Ability to plan, prioritize workloads, and delegate tasks accordingly.

- Proactive: Able to lead a team to achieve results.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
