We looking for hiring a talented resource from Pharmaceutical industry or face mask industry to join our leadership roles for our mask business.
Role : Business Development Manager
Qualities we are looking for:
- Ability to identify the problem and come up with multiple disruptive solutions.
- Ability to tie up with local medical associations and doctor's associations across India for supply of masks.
- In depth understanding of setting up distribution across India to supply to all medical stores in every nook and corner of India.
- Interact with multiple agencies to get the job done.
- Find innovative mechanisms of solving problems in 50% of the time as others
- Resourceful, Good in communication skills in Hindi and English. Local languages is extra.
- Willing to work hard.
- Eager to learn and gain experience.
- Location and Reporting:
- Role is based out of Ludhiana Head office.
- Role will report into top management
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- Are available for full time available.
- Have experience of 7-10 years in this industry.
- Are willing to move base to Ludhiana.
- If you are from 3M or Venus masks selling business, then it is an added bonus.
Top 10 Business school graduates in India. IIM Ahd / Calcutta/ Bangalore / Lucknow / Indore / Kohikode; ISB Hyderabad; FMS Delhi, IIFT; JBIMS; SP JAIN; SIBM; XLRI Jamshedpur.

Should be expert in sales strategy
