Responsibilities:

- Drive all Media relations & communication strategy for the Chairman of HCL

- Develop speeches, presentations and prepare & support Chairman and key leadership for media interactions.

- Industry body association - Responsible for establishing and sustaining relationship with various leading industry bodies like WEF,CII, FICCI, Assocham, AMCHAM etc

- Lead & strategize media relations and communication outreach for new business initiatives of HCL Corporation

- Drive media relations for all Shiv Nadar Foundation entities

- Engage with and build relationships with Tier I and Tier II media (Indian and foreign media)

- Act as a company spokesperson

- Ensure complete and accurate alignment of external and internal messages

- Media monitoring and tracking for appropriate messaging to build brand reputation

- Work closely with the Management for long term Strategic Communication in new businesses

- Digital content development & management and website communication

- Manage and drive PR Agency for optimal input

- Crisis Management

- Drive internal communication and strategic communication for HCL Corporation & Shiv Nadar Foundation (mailers, newsletters, annual reports)
