Looking for Program Officers for our initiative.

The person will be staying in the various villages in UP:

- Plan, design and implement field and action research like Needs Assessment Studies, Impact Assessment Studies, Proposal Evaluation Studies, etc. that will include travelling in villages/towns for data collection, designing research tools, data entry and writing analytic reports

- Develop relationship and create partnerships with NGOs, Research Institutes, Government bodies relevant to the CSR field

- Setting up or supporting the community groups, Identify households and needs related to health, education, infrastructure etc

- Ensure a regular communication of project key successes and evolution internally, for customers and for the broader public in general

- Identify opinion leaders & local resources for increased participation from the community

- Mobilize & train field workers

A PG from a reputed institute in Social Service will be an added advantage.
