We are inviting applications for Internal Audit Role for HCL Corporation Pvt Ltd in Noida location. Please find below details for your reference :

BRIEF OUTLINE OF JD OF AN IA STAFF MEMBER AT AM LEVEL

Professional:

- Qualified CA with about 3 - 6 years of experience post Qualification;

- Working experience of Internal Audit preferably in Industry though experience in a professional CA firm of Large - Medium to Medium Size will also work;

- Sound analytical skills and good working knowledge of Computers (MS Office etc.);

- Good communication skills - both verbal and written English;

- Prior experience of conducting audits in areas such as Construction & Treasury will be an added advantage;

- Job would involve reasonable travelling - say about a week to 10 days in a month.

- Male candidate will be preferred.

Job Description in brief:

- Conduct Internal Audits & formal follow up reviews as per the approved Audit plans;

- Write Audit Reports in line with the reporting template;

- Circulate quarterly tracker on Open items & obtain details from Auditees on issues being reported to the Audit Committee / Board to assess level of implementation;

- Assist in conducting special audit assignments and preparation of presentations for quarterly Audit Committees / Board meetings.
