Job Description:


- We are looking for an experienced HR and IR Manager with 4-7 years of experience.

- The candidate will be responsible for payroll management, labor law compliance, recruitment, and handling industrial relations to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll Management: Oversee accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory deductions.

- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and handle audits, inspections, and legal matters.

- Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts, manage candidate screening, and ensure effective on boarding.

- Industrial Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a harmonious work environment.

- Employee Engagement: Implement retention programs and monitor employee satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of experience in HR and Industrial Relations.

- Expertise in payroll, compliance, labour laws, and recruitment.

- SSC Army background is highly preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
