What you will be doing:
- Lead and motivate a sizable team to achieve assigned targets and KPIs of the team
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate new revenue and clients base by implementing company's sales strategies, achieving sales targets & promoting company services to clients
- Identify, maintain and manage sales channels for upsell opportunities
- Maintain good sales relationship and provide quality services for clients
- Coach and conduct review to ensure satisfactory service standard of team members
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure all information in sales materials are accurate and up-to-date
What we seek:
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant sales supervisory working experience and highly preferred in logistic industry / direct sales
- Degree holder from top business schools in sales or marketing or relevant discipline
- Proven Sales Track Record is a must
- Result-oriented, mature, strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skill and team management skills
- Ability to drive, lead and coach team members to deliver business results
- Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English other regional languages a plus
- Proficient computer literature and familiarity with computerized system
