- We're looking for a candidate with a strong passion for building a community of engaged sellers who will act as evangelists for the brand. The candidate should have strong execution and social skills to excel in this role.&nbsp; - The Seller Community Manager will directly report to the CBO and will be responsible for community development and engagement at Shiprocket. The community manager will also be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the industry, community and users of the app and build long-lasting relationships between the community and the company. A candidate with a blend of marketing and operational skill sets will be ideal for this role. Overall Responsibilities : - Be the go-to-person and be responsible for building the seller referral program. Also strengthen the community by making active connections, organizing regular seller community programs, etc. - The candidate will be responsible to take the initiatives in engaging with partners and be the face of the company towards the partner. - Create and execute engagement activities for the seller community - Derive insights and analyze behaviour of the seller community - Involved in maintaining end to end client relationships, while developing business relationships. - Represent Shiprocket in various events (internal and external) - Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurial networks Profile Requirements: - 7-10 yrs of experience - Proven work experience of similar role - Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic start-up environment with an outstanding ability to multitask and tackle tight deadlines. - Must be an independent thinker with a solution-oriented mindset. - Experience in similar roles in e-commerce firms, MLM businesses, social networks will be ideal
