Project Manager
Key job responsibilities :
- Manage the entire life cycle of sellers, starting from acquisition (Seller selection based on data), Onboarding, and growth in their respective categories.
- Widely engage with internal stakeholders and sellers and lead the insight generation.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders/business teams to develop growth initiatives and translate ambition into actions.
- Quickly adapt to ambiguity and tasks out of comfort zone.
- Manage TLs of all departments Ops, Graphics, Ads, Finance, etc.
- Assist sellers to plan their inventory across geographies (for FBA).
- Lead the program so that the desired GMS can be achieved.
Basic Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience leading delivery of large, cross-functional programs, preferably in Program Management and Sales Operations, or other relevant experience.
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, and creating/deploying solutions to end users.
- In-depth understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations
- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes, systems/tools, and data analytics.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business "by numbers". It must be metrics-driven. Experience in using Amazon tools will be preferred.
- Exceptional customer obsession with a passion for working backward from the needs of the program.
- Strong bias for action, highly organized, and ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications :
- MBA from Tier1/2 institutes.
- Experience in e-Commerce (Amazon).
