Associate Director - Cross Border Sales
- Shiprocket International is a fast-growing cross-border logistics and fulfilment platform, enabling businesses to expand globally with seamless shipping solutions.
- We are looking for a Team Lead - Sales to drive both Inside Sales and Enterprise Sales efforts, ensuring business growth and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities and Experience:
- Lead and manage a team of sales & KAM executives, driving Inside Sales and Enterprise Sales strategies.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients, expanding Shiprocket International's global footprint.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Drive consultative selling by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience in Cross Border Logistics, SaaS, or E-commerce Sales.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
