JOB DESCRIPTION :
PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
1. Customer relationship management for the accounts entrusted.
2. Responsible for Increasing the share of business
3. Responsible for Maintaining profitability
4. Monthly and quarterly reviews.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning :
1. Preparing business plans, forecasts & budgets and ensuring compliance.
2. Analyzing & identifying areas of improvement for increasing sales & business growth in the entrusted accounts.
3. Conducting periodic performance reviews & meetings to ensure profitability and business growth.
Customer Relations & Operations :
1. Achieving Target revenue from the specific businesses
2. Ensuring Schedule adherence
3. Monitoring logistics and ware house management
4. Customer relationship management and handling escalations
5. Interacting with customer to understand the future requirements and pass on the inputs to New Initiatives Team
6. Ensuring profitability throughout the fluctuations of the business and optimisation on a regular basis.
Business Development & Building the Brand
1. Market research & build market intelligence
2. Market Penetration-Identifying & exploiting additional Business opportunity. Drive volume & market share growth
3. Heading negotiations with the customer on behalf of Shippr and securing the new business
Training and motivation :
1. Monitor and guide Team Leaders / Members activities.
2. Motivation & Professional Development of subordinates
3. Ensuring harmonious relationship with employees & high morale in the team
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: :
- Professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management and Sales.
- Hands on experience in Customer Handling
- Experience with advanced excel
- Tableau
Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
