This is a high visibility P&L role with strong growth potentials and an opportunity to make an impact on the larger logistics industry
Responsibilities:
- Lead, Grow and Manage a large P&L of several Institutional Clients and a team of 30+ people
- Strong focus on Sales and Customer Experience
- Be the Leader in the respective geography and maintain End-to-End responsibility in the regions
- Formulating and Implementing a growth path for the Sales team
- Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction by the Operations Team
- KRA's and KPI's will be revenue and team based
What You'll Need to Suit this Role:
- Nearly 3-5yrs of Consulting, Business Development, and/or Account Management experience
- Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement strategic plans for the business
- Extrovert, pleasant personality, go-getter and self-learner
- Natural inclination towards Sales and Business development
- Ability to build a team and, foster a cohesive and creative working environment
Salary offered: 9 - 12 LPA
