- MBA from reputed top tier Institute

- IT Back ground is must

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design Salary Structure, Compensation and benefit over viewing, taking care of PF ESIC, Monitor pay practices and recommend benefits by yearly survey for Employee Satisfaction & Retention, Administrative function etc.

- High professionalism in formulating & implementing PMS, Training & Development and Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey for greater motivation.

- Demonstrated abilities in Induction & Exit Policies.

- New Projects Initiation, Develop & Execute HR Policies, Manpower Planning, Talent Management, On-boarding, Performance Appraisals, Compensation& Benefits, Rewards & Recognition, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement, Employee Grievances, Employee Separation and MIS.

- Joining Formalities, Orientation, Training & Development, Organizational Development initiatives, Attendance & Leave Administration, Employee Engagement, Travel management, Exit formalities, Vendor Management, Visa filing and MIS.
