Job Title: Shift Head-FSSC

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

No. of Vacancies: 3

Reporting To: Head FSSC

Job Description:

Growth and Financials

1. Smooth implementation of FSSC-Asia as per the project timelines

2. Adhering to budgeted cost

3. Smooth integration or separation of acquired/ sold business as per company accounting standards

Operational and Functional Excellence

1. Responsible for overall performance of the shift operations (all processes) in general

2. Adherence to the plans and defined performance goals for FSSC shift operations

3. Ensures the respective of the FSSC Center attains established service levels

Leadership

1. Provide direction with a defined action plan for the respective shift operations of the FSSC organization

2. Create effective messages to communicate how Shared Services supports the stakeholders

3. Ability to make courageous decisions on difficult issues

Relationship Management

1. Maintain positive work relationships with members of other teams in and outside the FSSC

2. Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers

3. Respond to critical vendor and internal client inquiries (all escalation cases)

Candidates Profile:

Qualification: CA (Preferred) /MBA-Finance

Additional Qualification: SAP FI Accounting Experience

Work Experience: 10+ years in Finance related jobs/ Finance Shared Services/ BPO and Profound Accounting Experience

6+ Years in Supervisory Function
