Business Development Manager


Job description:


1. According to the company's molecule selections, find suitable manufacturers in the region.


2. Conduct email and telephone communication with manufacturers, pay visit and perform site inspection, negotiate the agreement, etc., and finally set up the business relationship.


3. SHHY provides opportunities for exhibitions and direct visits.


4. Responsible for molecule registration and procurement after signing the agreement, and play a supporting role in relevant department posts.


5. Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.


6. Explore business opportunities.


7. Develop negotiation strategies and positions by evaluating risks and potentials; Evaluate partners' needs and goals and etc.


8. Protect organization's interests by keeping information confidential.


9. Report to Director for assigned tasks result.


Job requirements:


1. Bachelor/PG degree or above, fluent oral English communication and good written English communication skills


2. Has the ability to process transactions quickly, take instructions immediately, and after trailing, can complete project negotiation in the region independently.


3. Have some knowledge of business etiquette, good communication skills.


4. Have good self-motivation and have the will of persistent learning.


5. Can adapt to the requirements of frequent short-term business trips a year.
