Job Description of Sr. Project Manager - Lead

Role : Technical

- Responsible for end to end delivery of the small, medium, and large projects of moderate to high criticality

- Implement and manage multiple projects at the same time.

- Ensuring that the projects & services are delivered within timelines, budget & agreed SLA

- Building/upgrading the Product (Mobile apps, website, other tools and systems) initially with the help of outsourced Technical partner, gradually building the in-house Technical team (5-10 members) and subsequently managing & developing the product in-house.

- Hands on working with the team members in making & reviewing code.

- Collaborate with functional managers for smooth completion of projects.

- Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.

- Escalation Management and highlighting to the top management any concerns that might impact operations.

- Team Management

- Define multiple projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

- Planned for resource risk and cross trained team to alleviate resource risk.

Scaling team performance through people development

Requirements :

- 5 - 8 years of Project Management experience in implementing IT projects

- Team handling experience of 5 - 8 years

- Should have experience related mobile learning projects development as well.
