Proven organizational and prioritization skills Accountabilities: Process - Process Ownership for WONA Gas, Power and Environment Products TSA activities. This requires the incumbent to work with the operations teams and business partners to ensure the process is designed and implemented to deliver top quartile performance. - Lead Process Performance/Health Check Reviews with WONA Gas, Power and Environmental Products business - Ensure alignment and collaboration with other process excellence organisations (within T&amp;S and FO) and Continuous Improvement teams. - Support the business change agenda (e.g. New Market entries (NME) and system implementations/changes etc.) ensuring the TSA processes continues to support developing business requirements whilst maintaining a robust financial control framework. - Develop deep business knowledge to ensure sufficient understanding of how potential improvements, new business and systems will impact TSA processes. - Actively support knowledge sharing within the teams Stakeholders - Develop and foster connections with relevant business partners and other stakeholders (including other processes) to ensure performance and control issues in the end-to-end process are identified and where required process improvements are implemented quickly. - Further develop and foster connections with relevant business partners and other stakeholders (including other processes) to ensure appropriate input and co-ordination with wider change and development plans. - Support and assist collaboration and ways of working between operations teams and business partners as required. People - Responsible for staff and position planning, employee recruitment and retention across the team. Ensure appropriate linkages to other finance organisations (e.g. within Finance Operations, businesses) to facilitate staff movements both in an out of the team. - Build process and business knowledge, finance skills and leadership capabilities within the team. - Lead, manage, develop and coach the team who will be based in Chennai and Krakow.
