Job Description:
- Developing a sales forecast and plan and budgets for the sales organization
- Devising our go-to-market plan for our services, driving and coordinating the pace of execution
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
- Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs
- Implements technologies and innovative sales practices to support the field sales teams
- Develop sales targets for the Sales Heads based on targeted plan for specific business
- Track and review sales performance through regular reviews with the team
