About the role:
- Work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Create and implement strategies to grow market share and brand reputation
- Manage advertising, media agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand campaigns in line with the strategic intent.
- Monitors and track competitive activity in key markets
- Keep a close check on the markets and consumers to identify new trends/insights.
- Develop business case for new products or variants to be developed
- Develop marketing programs that drive a superior customer experience at key touch points like showroom, Digital & On ground.
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment
- Must have proven track record of building brands and brand strategies.
- Must have thorough knowledge of market and brand research methods and strong ability of how to utilize and leverage brand insights.
- Excellent analytics and product management skills.
- Ability to multitask focusing on several projects in different lifecycle stages simultaneously.
