SHAYA by CaratLane is hiring for Assistant Manager - Marketplace

Job responsibilities include :

- Drive traffic, conversions, and customer engagement/experience initiatives to enable sustainable business growth on e-commerce marketplace.

- Manage Catalog on e-commerce marketplace.

- Create & manage daily/weekly/monthly performance reports at brand & SKU level.

- Keep track of targeted categories, competition benchmarking, shopping trends and identify gaps.

- Maintain brand pricing strategy across e-commerce marketplace to optimise sales growth.

- Work closely in sync with marketplace KAM to increase visibility and revenue on a regular basis.

- Reconciliation of books quarterly Marketplace wise. Control on return provision and receipt

- Maintaining return tracker with required details & track closure of returns/damage/fake. Coordinating with return team for faster closer of returns/damage/fake.

- Effectively monitor and work on all sales channels to ensure continuing contribution to sales volume, profit, and ROI objectives.

- Monitor order processing, dispatching, allocations with support from the FC ops team.

- Dealing with e-commerce category managers for product placement and visibility

- Bachelors or above degree, MBA preferred.
