BNP Paribas Personal Finance offers personal credit solutions in 28 countries, benefiting 40 Million customers.
- This collaborations brings together Sharekhan's huge existing customer base of 1.6 million and the global expertise of a Consumer Finance giant that is BNP, thus leveraging synergies to offer a suite of consumer finance products like Personal Loan and Loan against Property in India.
- This NBFC business is scheduled for launch in the latter half of this year. Right now hiring is in full swing and the first batch of employees for this entity are being onboarded.
- The team currently has a requirement for a Training Manager. The role reports into Head- Training for Sharekhan BNP Financial services.
Role Description :
The incumbent will work on:
1) Designing and developing a training platform for Sharekhan BNP Financial Services.
2) Developing Training Content for Consumer Finance Business( product and process)
3) Conceptualizing an engaging platform for delivery of the e-learning module in association with vendors
4) Ensuring requisite training mandays and coverage/ participation across organisation.
4) Developing standardized training modules and refresher programs
5) Stakeholder management
Requirements:
1) Overall 5 - 8 years of experience of which atleast 2-3 years of experience in training and developing content/ training module
2) Experience in designing and developing e-learning modules
3) Experience in delivering functional product trainings. Experience in working on Financial product training is desirable. Exp in Personal Loan/ Loan Against Product/ Business Loan/ Auto Loan will be an added advantage.
4) Familiarity with traditional and modern training methodology (majorly digital/ blended learning approach)
5) Ability to plan, multi task and manage timely program delivery schedules
6) Excellent presentation and communication skills ( Verbal and written)
The incumbent will be required to travel across locations in India for imparting training.
